The Exercise Physiology and Fitness Laboratories promote health and fitness through the physical fitness assessment program where students, faculty, and community members can receive comprehensive health screening assessments with consultations on how to interpret and implement healthy lifestyles and behaviors.

Tests including: Bod Pod, Underwater weighing, Skinfold caliper, and Bioelectric Impedance Analysis to determine body composition. Total time for assessments: 30 – 45 minutes. There is a Bod Pod only body composition analysis available for $30.

Includes Basic Package plus strength, flexibility, aerobic fitness, and pulmonary function assessment. An exercise prescription will be given to include recommendations for improving fitness. Total time for assessments: 60 – 75 minutes.

Includes General Package plus Metabolic VO2 Max test given to attain maximal oxygen consumption (detailed medical history required prior to assessment). An exercise prescription will be given to include recommendations for improving fitness. Total time for assessments: 2 visits required (1st visit: 30 – 45 minutes, 2nd visit: 60 – 75 minutes).
